I'm extremely upset with Stainsafe workers and also the method they manage their clients. I purchased a couch and bought the stainsafe guarantee. I approached Stainsafe to correct a little split in my own couch. After more than 4 telephone calls along with a month of waiting they delivered two males to my house who appeared as if they simply fled from jail. The males ostensibly poked round the sofa and explained they would need to return to repair it a later date once they purchase the material.
Our guys never returned, my couch was never fixed and that I approached Stainsafe numerous occasions looking to get this problem solved.
In Regards to A year before, I obtained a notice from Stainsafe stating that they're not able to restore the sofa and they might return my price for that guarantee along with a little proportion of the price of my couch. I adopted all directions just as explained within the notice and LARGE SURPRISE!!! I NEVERTHELESS haven't gotten ANY reimbursement whatsoever! I've attempted to get hold of Stainsafe by telephone, e-mail, fax - you identify it and that I keep obtaining the runaround. I can't think the corporation continues to be running a business!
