I purchased a couch from Easylife Furniture and with that I also purchased the Stainsafe Warranty Plan. My Dog accidentally had an accident on one of the cushions that I was not able to get out with their "custom stainsafe products".
I called Stainsafe in January & they sent me a letter on December 1 saying they have authorized a part replacement for my seat cushion saying "The manufacturer will ship it directly to me within 8-12 weeks".
Well, as you can see the "8-12 weeks" has come and gone and I have contacted Stainsafe MANY times to see where my cushion is!
Finally, on March 3 I talked to a representative that claimed they sent the cushion out to me and they will put a tracer on the cushion to see where it is & to call back in one week.
I have called to tell them I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! On 3/24 Rod at Stainsafe warranty proceeded to tell me that they sent the purchase order DECEMBER 5 to Easylife Furniture where I bought my couch and said Easylife Furniture received the purchase order December 5th! And I need to contact them claiming "They have fullfilled their end"!
Stainsafe is a scam!!!
I doubt I will EVER receive my replacement cushion.
