I worked for wholefoods marketplace for several years and also have billed people quality bucks for "clean" bakery that litterally rests in a factory "par-cooked" for months. It's subsequently cooked and offered as freshly baked bread. There's nothing clean about that bread, often I've to clean the form off the most effective before I will make it, I NEVER use gloves after I make this bread—whole-foods marketplace is definitely an impression and it's tearing you folks off—the next time I'll let you know about the bad meat they market.
