NO concern for consumer once they have your money. Who cares

Go to caribou coffee daily, buy the same drink over and over so get to know what to expect. When I am paying over $5.00 for a drink I expect it to be what it is supposed to be. Have been going there for years, different ones some better than others recently I had about 4 bad drinks in 2 weeks, got angry wrote to them and they didn't respond despite emails and finally received one where they wished me well on my way to their competitor saying that I had complained before etc. And see the letter below please: direct from Caribou Customer service.
I have shared your concerns with the district managers and the director of operations of these locations.

I am sorry that we are unable to satisfy you as a guest. When looking through past correspondence with you I know that you have experienced many issues and we have made every attempt to compensate you and rectify your concerns. However it seems we are unable to meet your needs.

Going forward we will not be able to offer you any compensation and appreciate and respect your decision to visit our competitors.

I think that we as consumers need to contact these businesses and let them KNOW that are money is important and they need to respond to us when we are given inadequate products/service. I had one of their employees LIE to my face that the drink was remade in facg he told me he was going to remake it and then scraped off the top like I couldn't tell over an inch was then gone. Quit treating us like we are all stupid CAribou and get it right. We should get what we order and when we complain a response not lipservice as complaints are legitimate. So, whoever reads this please contact them at their website customer service and get them to give you a free drink when you get that POOR quality product they like to make us be accountable for not the employee. Isn't that nice. To me a $5 drink is spendy and I am enttitled to what I order, to Caribou I am wrong.
