It's sad to see someone else is having this same problem, you'd think T-Mobile would get on the ball and figure this out. I returned a phone back in July and now they have no idea where it is. And to top it off, after months of trying to find it, they disconnect my service becuase of past due amount... AFTER they say that will not happen becuase it is a handset dispute.
T-Mobile... What kind of company are you running? And to top that off, I had to sign a year contract to get a 'deal' on this phone (V300), now I don't have the phone and they still want to charge me $200.
The pain I had to go through to even get the phone would be a whole other dispute. Not only will I cancel my account as soon as this is taken care of, but my wife and kids will be leaving as well. I'd rather spend more money with a company that has good customer care than less money with T-Mobile.
