My credit was cancelled due to a change in terms that was sent to an old PO Box closed over a year ago. The gentleman in customer service admitted that they had received several pieces of returned mail and said they have too many people with the same problem to bother calling or trying other means of contact. This all occurred today around 11:00 A.M. I had given my local Home Depot in Apopka my new address a year ago and they said it would be updated. Since I do not like paper statements I always just go online and pay. I pay many times the minimum amount due, usually 5X or 10X the minimum required and this is the thanks I receive for spending literally thousands of dollars at HD by both credit and cash.
