I have had bad service experiences with some NY Home Depot locations, but I also live in Lafayette, CO. Your Garden Department in Louisville off McCaslin is a dream to visit. The personal attention and help I got from your associates there is superb. But just entering all of your stores in that area is a wonderful and positive experience. All of the associates treat you like a valued customer the minute you walk in the door, and you never have to wait long to get service. It is clear that all Home Depot associates in that CO area are well trained and sensitive to the customers' needs. Why can't the stores in Westbury, NY and Jericho, NY be like that?
