I have had bad service experiences with some NY Home Depot locations but I also live in Lafayette CO. Your stores Garden Dept in Louisville off McCaslin is a dream to visit. The personal attention and help I got from your associates there is supurb. But just entering all of your stores in that area is a wonderful and positive expiereince. All of the associates treat you like a valued customer the minute you walk in the door and you never have to wait long to get service. It is clear that all Home Depot Associates in that CO area are well trained and sensitive to the customers needs. Why can't the stores in Westbury NY and Jericho NY be like that?
