I've been a Verizon client for 6 years... The newest conversation I'd with Verizon continues to be terrible. The support of the organization has damaged so poor that it creates Run seem like the Ritzcarlton.
I recently quit my work in a lender... The bank mentioned that I really could move the telephone in my experience... I call-in mention to some repetition that finished the the deal. I mentioned i don't need a brand new agreement only include it to my wifes strategy. The repetition needed care of it having a laugh not a problem. I considered to myself whoa which was simple... Oh how wrong was I.
A couple of months later I'm considering choices as my wifes agreement is expiring. I'm informed that my agreement operates another year 5? WTF are you kidding me. I named in and went completely to government relationships... Talked with Latoya Brown... Unsure how she managed to get to government relations terrible repetition. It got 10 times to obtain her about the telephone and 7 speech communications unsure what type of government relationships that's.
I asked them to draw the videos and pay attention to the discussion... Nobody did this or was anybody prepared to. They realize that they all messed up but won't consider it. I talked to government relationships and mentioned I'm shifting to some new house and was contemplating Verizon Fios Television... Simply understand this chaos set and that I might cheerfully increase my providers to have tv. A PERSON WITH HALF A MIND might have set this. Simply terrible support. I'm departing verizon and not looking back. Verizon is becoming to large to worry about the customer... I truly desired Fios Television to simplify my expenses and also have my speech and Television altogether. If you cant look after your style clients why could anybody do more company along with you.
