In April 08, I transformed telephone support to Verizon, like a bundle with Direct TV. Direct TV support didn't function, and that Iam along the way of closing that agreement. However in the Meantime Our agreement for Verizon telephone support was with Endless Long-Distance calls. I had been thanked for my change to Verizon, after which informed my Endless Long-Distance was restricted to Regular Neighborhood Utilization, Ie: 4000 units per payment period. That's not endless.

Subsequently in December I had been placed on anything named 30 support, quite simply half an hour of Long-Distance utilization, all extra at 10 cents each minute. After I asked about this, they described that since I have was rescheduling Direct TV that did not function, that this could influence my ongoing telephone support with Verizon. I have created towards the Federal Trade Commission, the FCC, and also the California Public Utilities Commission, so that as typical no government treatment, that will be as poor as attempting to resolve issues with supplier support.
