I purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer on Best Buy.com with FREE delivery. I received an email confirmation of my order several hours later and it was charging me $70 plus tax for delivery. When I called customer service they told me to call to request a credit after the items were delivered (which is not for a month). I told them to credit me now and they refused, so I cancelled the order and will buy it elsewhere. This is the most recent of several incidents with this lousy company.
