I purchase a pair of washer and dryer back in April 03 online via Home Depot. I paid for those with a credit card. At the time of purchase I was told my washer/dryer would be delivered by April 26. When 04/26 came, customer service rep called and told me that my order is back order until May 06. If you could imagine living without a washer/dryer for over a month. And now, they called again to let me know that my order is on back order again until Jun 02. This time I couldn't wait for it any more. I called Home depot to see if they have a pair of loaner where I can use while waiting for my order arrived. But they don't offer this option. They offered to send to me another model that totally has a very bad customer rating which of course I can't take them.
So, for more than a month that they have paid with my money for their own problem, they can not offer me anything with better rating washer/dryer set. I'm very upset about this. Please help.
