I was helped by a lady named Liz who went beyond her scope of responsibilities, not only did she ring me up at the garden register, she kept calling for lot attendant, after five minutes no one arrived. She closed her register, went out to the parking lot and got me a flat cart and even loaded the bags of pebbles and even loaded them to my car. I have not met such excellent customer service, and helpful associate at the oakland home depot. She is doing such a good job. Keep her and promote her to do better things.
