I was helped by a lady named Liz who went beyond her scope of responsibilities. Not only did she ring me up at the garden register, she kept calling for a lot attendant, and after five minutes no one arrived. She closed her register, went out to the parking lot, got me a flat cart, and even loaded the bags of pebbles into my car.
I have not met such excellent customer service and such a helpful associate at the Oakland Home Depot. She is doing such a good job. Keep her and promote her to do better things.
