On a ham swap site. I traded him a radio for laptop computer. He never sent it to me. He won't answer e-mails. Rip-off!

I contacted this person on a ham swap site. He had a laptop to trade. I contacted him and we agreed on a trade for a ham radio I had. I sent the radio and he stated he sent the computer. I never got it and he refuses to answer my e-mails. He did state he got the radio.
