I bought a Printer and Vivi Digital Camera bundle on 22 March which promise $50 $20 rebate on printer and $30 on the camera. I mailed all the doucment related to the rebate, three weeks later, I got $50 printer rebate from Lexmark. And One and half month later, I got $20 bebate from Tigerdirect. But I never get the $30 camera rebate.
I check tigerdirect rebate website, I was told they mailed out the check on 05/04, but I never get it. I never have letter missing before. I was asked to wait one month to reissue a check. I called them on 06/05 to reissue a check, and I was told to wait another 45 days to get the check. On 07/20, I called again, because I still have not got the check. And they told me they will rush me a check.
One week later, on 07/26 I called, they said they will let one supervisor talk to me. Two days later, I still have not got call from them. I called them on 07/28, I was finaly able to talk to a supervisor. I was told the check is in processing, but they won't tell me when I will get the check.
I really cannot believe them any more, they are dishonest, they never keep their promise. I am reporting their rebate cheating, hope the case can be solved fairly and quickly.
