Theft of pioneer stereo promised to send after transaction was complete false promises fraudulent ripoff business

I traded my 1993 Saturn for a 1995 Honda Accord and the salesman Andrew LLoyd told me that I can keep my Pioneer radio if I returned the Saturn radio.

I sent the Saturn radio along with the title of the Saturn certified to them because I lived 6 hours away. And it has been over 2 months and they still refuse to send me my Pioneer radio back.

So now they have my Saturn stock radio and my Pioneer radio and they wont send me either one back. I have called and emailed them several times and they do not respond. Thank You
