Rip Off and Ruining My Credit Report

First of all, T-Mobile ripped me off by turning my cell phone off (no calls in/out), but is still charged me for the services monthly. So after a certain amount off month, im thinking ok my phone is disconnected and not working, so im not getting charged. BUT no i would say almost a year later i see on my credit report i owe t-mobile $600.00. And im thinking what the hell.

No letter nothing, saying you owe this, so and so on your phone. They just charging away like no ones business. So i called them just to clear things up, and supposedly i owe, even when my phones not working. I think thats bull crap. So they dont budge! So i said what evers i just want my credit report to be cleared. So i paid it and this was in 2009.

Now this is and its still on my credit report and it says unpaid. So i call t-mobile. They tell me, they have no negative balance or anything about me. So i ask why are you guys still on my credit report and how do i get a receipt saying paid in full? They tell me I HAVE TO CALL THE COLLECTION AGENCY. Me now, the customer. I think thats non-sense too. So I said OK, WHATS THE NUMBER? They tell me they dont have it! NOW im REALLY ANGRY. So i ask WHATS THE NAME OF THE AGENCY? They tell me, its either PLAZA COLEECTION AGENCY or RECOVERY.

They dont even know who the hell they sent it too! WTF... So i hung up and googled it, because when i 411 the place, they never heard of it! I found its called plaza recovery. So i called. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes waiting for a representative person to help. Nobody picked up. So i call back. Pushed different numbers to direct me somewhere else. A lady picks up.

So i tell her, you know i was waiting for 30 minutes for someone to pick up my call for tmobile collection. The LADY LAUGHS and say, "30 minutes", like i was lying. And right now im already fed up with this crap. So i told her, "YES 30 minutes." Then i told her why i was calling. She looks me up, up my names first. She cant find anything. So she ask for my social security number, i gave it to her and she CANT FIND ANYTHING about me at all. So now im thinking, what the h*ll is going on! I hang up.

I call t-mobile back. They tell me the same crap, but this time i have to write to this albuquerque address. Which would probably take me another week, and who knows if they respond back! I also ask, "who do i talk to about clearing my credit report now?" They tell me, I (the customer) has to call the agency myself and tell them. Isnt that their job. Why the h*ll are they getting paid. SO IRRITATING!

PLUS, they also charged my boyfriends phone too, when his was turned off! $400.00 we had to pay, but good thing it never went to a generic collection agency. Because if it did, we would never know how to get his cleared jus like mine.
