Have a plan with them and decided to change my calling plan from 1400 to 2000 min and did it online to avoid overage charges, so i figured i better call to make sure the changes went through and the lady said yes it will be fine you shouldn't see any over charges i see where you changed it.
And well got my bill in origanally runs 160.00 this bill is 500.00 so i call to see about the bill and the lady tells me since i did it online insted of calling in and doing it the supervisor will only credit my account 56.00 the way i see it if they are going to credit my account 56.00 then they see something wrong so i ask to speak with a supervisor and get put on hold for 45 min. And get disconnected.
So i call back in and speak to james a customer service guy and he says i see where you changed your plan online a day before your billing cycle ends and i will take care of this so he says i got it took care of and your bill is now 145.00 plus the taxes which would be normal low and behold 4 days later i chech my account and it says 441.00 they credited the account 56.00.
So i said heck with the lying and bull so i went to att and started service with them and called verizon to cancel my plan and they tell me they cant cancel my plan until the end of the billing cycle so i have to let a whole bill cycle go through before they will cancel the plan they cant pro-rate when you cancel so i have to pay for a month of service that im not using something needs to be done about poor billing and customer service.
