About my Bill

I pay my last bill 4/09, $279.17 this is a full payment until March. My cycle end 3/15. This payment are for 3 lines with family plan. But on April 17 I cancelled 2 Line because contract end for those line so I let only one line working and I change my plan for $39.95 only one line. Customer service told me they will a credit for the 2 line I was cancel. But now when I check my bill total price I have to pay is $137.45. They charge me a regular rate when I have before I call for customer service I spoke Mr Gabriel he said they can't make any change. I agree to pay my bill but only for one line.
