I recently ordered a Nintendo DSI 3D online with the assurance that Toys R Us stated "Hassle-Free Returns" for online purchases. Well, I went to return the item to the local store only to be told that I could only receive store credit for the merchandise; even though I had my original receipt and the item was never opened. Customer Service informed me that buried somewhere in their web page it states online purchases can only be returned to the store for store credit. Hassle-Free just took on a different meaning! ]
