As I have discovered in quite a few other reviews of ordering online from Toys R Us, you could be in for a real nightmare... I order the Home Depot Master Workshop online from Toys R Us. The sale went thru, I got confirmation of my order and was told there would be a second email to come pick it up at my local store. The next time I checked my email the order was cancelled because the item was out of stock at my local store??!!! This was the ONE thing for sure I wanted to get my grandson for Christmas.By this time the closest one to be found (the online was sold out also) was 1.5 hours from my house in another state. I really wanted it for him and did not know if it would be back in stock at the same price later, so I drove the 1.5 hours to get it. After I got there, I realized why I hate shopping in stores at Christmas time... I stood in line for almost 40 minutes on a weekday in the middle of the day. And it wasn't because the line was all that long, it was because the clerks were SOOOOOO SLOOOOOW! Uggggg, It was a good thing that I assumed it would take me all day and didn't plan anything else important to do that day. I also read another complaint where they said their local store was not actually sold out of the item they ordered and was told it was sold out. I sure wish I had checked my local store before I drove that far. I just ASSUMED Toys R Us knew what they were talking about. Oh well...
