This store has the worst return policy that I have ever come across. Beware of the very fine print. The EXACT return policy is not on your shipping receipt. You have to "find" their policy on the internet. They say they have to go by their poster in the store... Customers are not served at Toys R US. You CANNOT take back an Internet purchase at the store and get your credit card credited They will only give you a store gift card. Join the REAL world of customer service Toys R US...
