The metro store i went to charge me $405 for an LG esteem they said the only reason it cost so much is because i just paid my old phone account im like wtf your charging me more for paying my bill so i still bought the phone now there telling me i have to 84.00 because there charging me to keep my.# and switching the account i'm like didn't i pay for that already they didn't explain all this in the store and the customer service rep said there is nothing the can do so im stop with a phone that Hardly works and cost to much
