I bought a phone and plan after the store agent assured me I owuld get service at my home. I returned the phone and cancelled service after 20 hours under the Metro Promise when I could not get any sevrice. Still waiting for my refund after 2 months, corporate and the store keep pointing the finger at each other, taking no responsibility for the refund issuance. Do not use metro or a to z wireless, they are liars, cheats, and thieves.
