I named Sears for fix on October 24 and 14 days later (November 9) a repair-service individual found support my stove, simply to inform me that the component must be requested. Nowadays is November 26 and that I am still awaiting this component that's on back-order. I'm unhappy or do I believe I ought to need to delay 30 days to get a component on my stove that I've settled to become under warranty. Are you able to support me?
