Your stove started beeping and exhibited the problem signal "FO". We approached Sears plus they sent a technician who examined the stove and informed us we required an oven control component. He charged us $70 and also the component price $205. On 9/8/08 a repairman came to install the part and charge us another $137. On 9/11/08 the stove exhibited the problem signal "FO" again. At this time I'm just starting to believe this can be a concept from Sears for their clients.

Again we called Sears and again a technician arrived on the scene but this time around he explained we required a control cell which costs over $400 and certainly will need another $137 work cost to set up. My spouse completly frustrated requested me to contact about obtaining credit about the component and work which didn't repair the problem. It looked an easy request.

It's currently 9/30/08 I've been informed 3 times by customer support that somebody may contact me possibly via mail or telephone within 24 hours. NO BODY ACTUALLY MAKES CONTACT and that I am compelled to email them. Every time I obtain a refined reply informing me to contact a 1-800 number that simply today my phone was dropped 3 times.

I've simply responded towards the processed mail informing them that number I'll not contact the 1-800 number anymore which I anticipate a phone informing me my charge card continues to be acknowledged for that component and work used to do not need before I purchase the component and routine the work they currently say I want.

Our purpose is to protest about Sears non stop until somebody who may agree the credit associates me.
