Declined to correct double oven

I had been not so pleased when my fresh, Kenmore Elite double-oven wasn't functioning. I named Sears repair-service who planned a scheduled appointment inside a week. Once they arrived, they stated that the main reason my prime stove was not operating was a defective panel they needed to purchase. Fourteen days later once the panel came, another visit was created. The 2nd (various) support man arrived and stated that it had been not the situation but a thermocouple was the problem. Then he requested that component. Fourteen days later, the following support man named to inform me that I should employ an electrician to get rid of the ability wire to ensure that he might draw the stove out significantly enough to set up the component. I'd believed when a fix was to become created, the support man (within purpose) was designed to create these preparations. The support man subsequently declined to complete the fix till I employed an electrician. He explained this was not his career to achieve that type of function. I wound up likely to the primary shop in my own region where I bought the system and speaking using the supervisor. He wound up providing me a brand new stove! I had been happy with that, but after investing over $ I ought tonot have experienced those difficulties with the support people.
