I bought a Kenmore ceramic range in 2007 lately I've realized that the component lighting won't turn off and my stove isn't warming up enjoy it must. I bought from Sears simply because they were therefore highly-rated with Customer reviews. Our range is just 5 yrs old and that I am therefore unhappy this has occurred we're likely to must spend $129.00 to get a support phone that doesn't contain any components that people need. Personally I think that the range just 5 yrs old shouldn't be achieving this, my previous range that was not Kenmore survived more than 15 years with no issues. I'll not be buying anymore devices from Sears if you don't correct this! Thankyou
