On October 30 I bought a Nodic Monitor T5 Treadmill (24955) from Sears. The Sears affiliate told me when I'd any issues a component could be changed or even the entire treadmill could be changed if required. I'd my shipping of the treadmill on November 6. Upon establishing the treadmill the shipping specialist discovered a broken cross-bar. He named Sears from my house and had Sears purchase the brand new component. Two nights later, 11-8-09, Sears called me and said I needed to order the component myself. Etc November 9 I named in and requested the cross-bar. I had been informed that I'd receive the component in per week. On November 18, I still hadn't received the part and so I named Nordic Track and was informed the part was sold-out andthey had no concept once they could be ready to deliver the component. And so I subsequently named Sears and described I've a damaged treadmill and cannot appear to obtain a component for this. I inquired when they had this treadmill in stock in the shop plus they stated they'd 3 of these in-stock. And so I required they provide me one in the shop and change it out out with mine. After examining with administration I had been informed yes they might do this. Then I received a phone later that evening and was informed which was not likely to be feasible in the end plus they would need to purchase a different one, and it also could be about 14 days to obtain it in and put up shipping. Then they questioned easily might provide the damaged one back again to the shop. I paid $65.00 to truly have the first one sent significantly less than 3 miles in the shop. I told them-they might consider the damaged one once they provide me a functional treadmill. On November 19 I'm experiencing really unhappy with this particular entire scenario and determined I'd you need to be better obtaining a return. I visited the shop and requested to get a reimbursement of the treadmill and also the shipping cost and was informed the shipping cost was non refundable. I told them, which means you are making me to pay for a shipping cost to get a merchandise which was not functional. Their solution again was, its not refundable. I find this to become inadequate customer support and certainly will not contemplate producing any potential key acquisitions with Sears. Thanks.
