I recently purchased a 46 inch 1080p 120hz Samsung LCD TV at the Salem, NH location. I called Best Buy about a question I had because on a sticker in the back it said 60hz. The sales person told me that it should say 120hz and that I needed to bring the TV in and exhange it. This being in the middle of a busy day since I just bought a new condo and even had comcast come that morning. Anyways I unplugged everything and drove up to Salem. First the Geek squad had no clue what the issue was, but I was able to return it. Then after speaking with the comcast rep and not even a best buy employee, I was told that everything was fine with the TV. So I ended up keeping the TV. What a complete waste of time and they did not even act like they cared. You would think they would atleast give me a discount or some type of gift card but I got nothing. I was furious and if I did not love the TV I would have never kept it.
