I have called Geek Squad 2 times since i had the service both times there was no help - just send someone out. The one with the TV and laptop i understand to some extent but this PC issue ridiculous. I have a mouse that will not stay in the text window on a windows 7 desk top. The problem is listed out on the net however i have been unable to fix myself.
