My son bought 5 laptops and he kept only one since it is not what we expected. When we return the other 4 back, he had to go to the district manager in CA to get them to refund it back but they charged us restocking fees. I thought restocking fees applied to products that were open. What are they going to restock if it is still has the manufacturer's seal?!!! It looks like a scam to me. For sure my corporate will never do business with Radioshack and I hope that everyone read this doesn't deal with them. Honesty and customer service is something they never heard of
