Late Charge

I made an early payment and I received a late charge because their system did not credited my payment. They only want to credit me 45% of the late fee and now my promotion plan expired due to the late payment and i'm going to start accumulating interest. Not fair!: (I was only trying to be responsible to avoid this kind of crap and I got penalized.
