RadioShack.com Sirius Orbiter SR4000 Receiver Rebate Refused, declined rebate request because UPC code not in their database. It's the only UPC on the box! Ripoff liars!

I purchased a Sirius Orbiter SR4000 Receiver from the RadioShack.com web site on 11/7. I submitted a $20 rebate form, which they acknowledged. I included the receipt and the UPC from the box. It was the only UPC on the receiver's box. They declined my rebate request because the UPC code is not in their database. It's the only UPC on the box. The lady at the rebate center was kind enough, but I don't care that they can't find the UPC number in their database. It's a UPC; it was on the box. It's the only one. I'm sick of these rebates.
