Stay away from any Radioshack if you can! Products not trust worthy. Manufacturers don't even know Radioshack as their distributor when I dropped off a brand new Compact laptop for repair! I bought this laptop for six months, six months it stayed at repair center, when they finally agree to exchange a new one, it just getting better and better.
I told the store manger to open the new one for me, he did but the new laptop can't even get to window mode! What a joke! And all the time they bugged me to buy their warrantee. I was pissed! I took it to small claim court and won the case. Got all my money back but so are the time that I wasted.
Be warn! Fellas, I think we should set up a website that report and reward good company and products out there, anyone with me?
