I went to radioshack about five and a half months ago and was originally there to purchase a charger for my cell phone when I was kindly introduced to a Net Zero start up disc by one of the radioshack employees. After a detailed explaination of the product I decided to purchase the service, and at the same time the service was activated at the store through there Internet service.
After leaving radioshack I went home to connect to the Net Zero service and was suceefull, although I was a bit disappointed with all the hassle before actually getting to do anything I decided I did not want to bother with all the extra ciricular and went to radioshack to request a refund.
When I made that request the next day (at radioshack) one of the store employees informed me I would have to go online to cancel service and this is when things got complicated. So, I went online, did all the jazz it takes to get to the point and still was uncessfull with the refund process.
Unhappy, I went back to radioshack to talk to the manager and at that time the manager took my name and telephone number down and told me he would take care of the refund by crediting my account. Trusting the managers statement I went on about life assuming this matter would be handled and my account credited.
Months went by and after review of my account staements, several once a month charges were still be withdrawn from my account by Net Zero, which brings me to this point.
I contacted Net Zero via Internet and was E-mail by a support representative to call a 1-800 number for further assistance and to cancell service. Strangely when you call this number nothing happens. What I want to ask of this situation is a Full Refund of All Charges Withdrawn by Net Zero. I tried to the best of my abilitys to cancell service in the required time stated by Net Zero. It would be a total failure of customer service if this matter is not resolved in my favor.
