I bought a fresh Kemore on 3/12 also it was shipped on 3/21. The icemaker didn't function from time 1. We required support and also the first evening of support was 4/2. We waited ALL DAY LONG for that technology. I named SEARS customer support repeatedly plus they kept showing me the technology could be there later. Lastly at 3:15, I named again plus they stated he'd not be arriving. The following day for support could be MAY 12... 23 times in the shipping without any snow. I should have spoken to 8 various individuals needing to clarify the tale again and again. All-they might state was, "I am aware your disappointment"...'comprehension' doesn't create snow... DON'T buy from SEARS... They don't supply sufficient support at any degree. This is actually the worst case of support ever. Next, the statement can come and they'll assume me to cover a substandard equipment that doesn't and it has never worked. Certainly, there's a technology who are able to repair this equipment in a time period this.in a nutshell, DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS!!!
