Sears we're not buying from you anymore due to the service you're applying!

It has been nearly 8 weeks, bad support, reasons, UNHAPPY

Our mom-in law, bought a Kenmore variety / stove from Sears this past year simply because they've often gotten Sears manufacturer and (so far) have respected the Brands. It quit functioning in regards to a month before. She BOUGHT a long support strategy. While she named Sears they offered her several for repair-service From The&E. The informed her they might deliver somebody out for nearly per week. This to get a group of 4 that does the majority of their cooking at home. They never turned up. While she named the following day they stated he'dnot been ready to create it and rescheduled another 4 days later. Again did not show. She named when he was overdue and he stated a household crisis and rescheduled for another week away! Lastly, technology turned up, looked over the range and stated the lockout engine was the issue (after reading additional grievances below, that very costly component appears to be their first recorse) after changing it -you thought it - range however fails. They scehduled again another week. Set the technology. Appears to be operating, but we will notice if it retains through Christmas.
