AT&T consistently drops 10%-25% of my calls, then they act like it's the fault of Apple. They tell me my phone hardware and software is the reason my calls are always dropped. I recently had an emergency and wasn't able to call 911 because my phone wouldn't connect. They tell me that service isn't guaranteed, and yes, I could be paying $95/month for NOTHING. I ask them why anyone has a cell if they can't use it for an emergency? No answer.
I have already visited the apple store and they cannot help me either, they say my terrible coverage and service the fault of AT&T and try to send me back to them.
The jerks at AT&T tell me that I have to cash in my upgrade, get a new phone and sign up for a new 2 year agreement - there is no way in hell I would commit to this fraudulent and ridiculous company again. I am DONE.
The two reps I spoke to at AT&T this morning were extremely short, rude and unhelpful. The one guy was a raging disrespectful hick who was condescending and wouldn't shut his mouth after I asked him to end the call. I can't believe how poor the service is, I am truly shocked at how combative the technical support was, completely unwilling to offer me any help. What a joke of a company. Probably should have a little more respect for people with expired contracts. Verizon here I come.
AT&T has the worst smart-phone service and the worst customer service in the US.
