I thought I was calling apple to fix a problem with my iphone. I was told that I was going to pay a $64.98 but could be refunded and end up only paying $25 for a diagnostic fee. After getting transfered to the billing department (still thinking this was apple) I was told their was an additional $25 charge because the issue had been resolved. Then the woman on the phone kept trying to pressure me into buying their tech support for $60/yr. I hung up on her and called apple customer service. I got connected to real apple customer service and was informed that they had no record of helping me and that apple does not charge for this kind of tech support. She also let me know that this company is not recognized or authorized by apple. The worst part of it all is that this company told me for over 6 hours of tech support that they were apple tech support. They led me to believe they were the real thing. This company is a scam and should be shut down. Dont fall victim to this site
