XIe Qing Hong Paid by bank transfer for original goods advertised to me by email. Some duplicate goods received & no response fromthem to my questions Beijing

I ordered the following original products - one IPad 64GB - one HTC Droid Incredible -one Apple IPhone 4 (32 GB) 4 Kingston USB & SD and instead refunding the 5 % discount they offered they were including extra USB's in my package.

The IPad was not original but a cheap copy. The IPhone again was a cheap copy. The HTC Droid was not sent but a cheap Chinese phone in its place. 1 -2GB USB & 2 8GB SD cards received inplace of the 32GB's I paid for. And no extra USB's received to compensate me for the 5% they did not want to send me back. Their bank details are as follows.

I gave emailed them since I received the package & discovered that the goods were not what I ordered& they are not responding. I will lodge a complaint with the Chinese Consulate today. And I have bought my ticket to Shengen & Beijing for February to go there & lodge a complaint to the Police there.
