I often do not protest and think you receive that which you purchase, but... We purchased a costly LG refrigerator in October. Just 14 weeks later and also the plastic area of the racks are breaking. One totally smashed apart. I did so an internet talk to their customer care and also the individual about the different finish wasn't useful and finished the program suddenly without addressing my concerns. After I named LG, their only answer was for me personally to purchase fresh racks, at $50 each. Easily need to substitute all the damaged products in my own refrigerator, we're approaching $600. Our expensive refrigerator gets increasingly more costly! I'll NEVER purchase another LG item. It's not designed to be properly used, but looked over.
