About 2 years ago we totally remodeled our kitchen and purchased new Samsung appliances. I would not keep a Samsung ANYTHING if I won it in a sweepstakes. We have had numerous repairs on these appliances BEFORE the end of one year. The stove had a burner stuck in the high position and could not be shut off. We had to shut off the breaker to shut down the stove. The dishwasher worked intermittenly. One day it would go on, the next day it wouldn't. Then we had numerous problems with the interior of the dishwasher. The racks and other interior parts are all made of inferior plastic. Several of the small plastic pieces that hold the racks in place have broken and now the racks do not work properly. We have a refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and this drips constantly. We bought what we believed were quite high end appliances and spent over $2500.00. These appliances are a huge disappointment. I would not recommend Samsung for anything. And Samsung calls and harrasses us every few months to purchase insurance for repairs. At this point I just want to throw these out and get new appliances.
