I've a Samsung refrigerator that stops anything within the refrigerator part. I've reset the temperature to 46F and place a thermometer within the refrigerator and would go to 32F as the environment exhibits 46 Y. Have named a technology to check out it... He is not here however, but this does appear to be a typical issue.
