I named Assurant Options regarding my 5-year guarantee for an LG Television I bought through Circuit City. We were hit by lightening in September (2 1/2 years in to the guarantee) and required a professional-rated reimbursement, since the Television was ruined. After faxing the required info 4 occasions, numerous hour-long telephone calls, it's today January and that I still don't have my reimbursement.
