Infinitydish llc beware of $49.95 charge!!! W. Palmbeach, florida
When you call INFINITY DISH they are very nice and want to make a sale. The problem is they do not work for DISH NETWORK. All they do is charge you a $49.95 fee, write up an order with Dish Net work and Dish network does the rest.
I found out my phone company has a better deal and I tried to stop the service,
I left several phone messages to call me back since they do not answer the customer service line. I never once got a return call. At least 15 min wait just to leave a message.
I was upset they charged my credit card $49.95 without my permission. They never said their was a charge for their service. If they said their was a fee I would not have agreed to have DISH NETWORK.
I lost $49.95 but you do not have to. Call dish network directly for free.
INFINITY WILL COST YOU. Ask them. It is printed on their web site. The very last section called notes.
