I got my hp notebook to Geek Team to possess it fixed after it shutdown suddenly and wouldn't restart. I had been informed the repairs might consider 3 months and charge approximately $86.00. Good. I obtained a phone from their store about 14 days later stating it'd charge $388.00 to correct. I'd have bought a brand new pc, but had some files about the computer I required for function. After I got the pc back the keyboard wasn't mounted correctly and also the housing was broken. I delivered to Bestbuy to obtain it mounted and was informed it'd consider atleast 3 months in order for them to restore the things they smashed. Within the mean-time I'm without my pc (or my documents). Customer support was sluggish and of no aid at-all stating they don't facilitate for almost any cause. NEVER use Geek Squad!
