I got my pc towards the Geek Team at Bestbuy dreaming about a great knowledge. The fact is... It had been terrible! The "brokers" DON'T HAVE ANY customer support skills, hardly any computer skills, couldn't inform me the things they had really completed to my pc, couldn't inform me when it'd prepare yourself, and may not reply the standard computer issues. I had been informed my pc might consider five times to correct and today a month later I still don't have my pc back! The toughest element, I had been requested to pay for upfront for "analytical and fix." Issue is, no repairs have really been created, they're attempting to cost me much more cash (along with the $215 I Have previously compensated) plus they didn't really restore something. Geek Squad is terrible. Don't consider your PC fix to Geek Squad.
