On November 26th I went in to the T-Mobile Corporate Store to Purchase A Motorola V300 Cell phone. Four days later, I returned the phone to the store and told them what was up with the phone. The phone was defective lots of problems. They took my phone and said I should be getting a refund check in the mail within 8-10 business days. It is now 10 days!!! No check, nothing. Talked many times on the phone and they keep making excuses of the delay of sending my refund. I paid full cash for the phone!!! I should get a full refund by cash! The manager does not help at all, I talked to 2 managers at the store. Scams out there.
