Checked my T-mobile bill and found this PREMIUM SERVICES charge of $9.99. Called T-Mobile, and was advised to contac the merchant Shaboom Media at 888-890-6150. Called Shaboom Media, talked to Clark, and was confirmed that my number should be removed and a refund check of $9.99 should arrive in 7-14 busniess days. A month went by, no refund check. Called Shaboom Media again, talked to Ana. She hung up when I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. Called back right away, talked to Marcus, again refund check should arrive in 7-14 business days, and a supervisor would call me within 48 hours. Yeah right! No call from supervisor, and of course no refund check. Called again two weeks later, talked to Alice. Same thing, should wait for 7-14 business days. Contacted T-Mobile for help. T-Mobile rep called the number and replied that Ana said the check was on its way, should get it in 5-7 days. Oops, 10 days later, still no check. Called Shaboom Media again, talked to Mark. And again, need to wait 7-14 business days. Shaboom Media is giving me a run around. May be they hope I will quit.
