I bougth the phone in this date. The date 4/12 i go to return this phone at the store because the service and the equipment no sastified me. All the buy i paid full in cash the amount total $500.00 in the store only return instant 200.00 because he explain me dont have cash in the register, the another difference will pay the company for via mail in check refund corporate, this check i never send me, the document i have in my hands says: a refund check for 300.00 was issued on 5/10. I call at the store but no body there have answer. I go to the store for 5 times and no answer, I talk with Jose Vargas, Rick MANAGER, Yanesi, no body help me by return my money i think what happen there? I need Help inmediately, i need the investigation, i think is robbery, somebody is know what happen, the company do not nothing about this problem
